New Zealand Style Pilsner
“There was me, that is Alex, and my three droogs, that is Pete, Georgie, and Dim, and we sat in the Korova Milkbar trying to make up our rassoodocks what to do with the evening.”
Delicately hopped with NZ Cascade, Wakatu & Nelson all from Freestyle Hops. We are excited to explore the world of hoppy lagers. This beer is unfiltered, very light and quaffable. Hopped lightly in the whirlpool, then a gentle layering of dry hopping after fermentation. It has a beautiful bouquet of aromas on the nose and finishes soft and fluffy.

New Zeeland Pilsner
From a can this pours a crystalline gold, clear with a generous cap. The nose is all about those new school NZ hops, floral and spicy and just a touch of Nelson. The sip follows, with a delicate and lingering finish.

Can dated 5/31/22 into a Willi Belcher glass.
Huge flavor from a 4.5% beer. A little something metallic/ funky on the nose. But all in all a huge modern pilsner bunch from a very restrained ABV.

Sweet and light bready malts and Nelson hoppy citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean and crisp, and slightly dry, lightly malty and dank hoppy finish. This is nicely balanced between the malts and hops...this is tasty!
