The IPAs of the West Coast are constantly being modified and modernized, which we love. If we decided to take a snap shot of what the current state of WC IPA is, we would share with you this beer. Utilizing the holy trinity of our hand selected Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. This beer is everything that’s desired from the style. Clean, big aromatics, tantalizing bitterness and a dry, hop flavorful finish that will leave you yearning for another sip. We don’t wanna change it, we’ll just leave this one where it is and always smile at it.
