Made with fresh, moist, un-kilned hops overnighted from the bountiful 2021 PNW Harvest. This beer was not necessarily planned, but thanks to some awesome friends in the industry, we found ourselves with 300 pounds worth of vibrant green, juicy Citra, Mosaic and Azacca hop cones. We filled our 10bbl mash tun to the brim with these hops and steeped the hot wort in there and then directly sent that green wort to the fermenter and once fermentation ended, we then dry hopped the beer with even more Citra and Mosaic.

The resulting beer is oozing with wet, dank, punchy hop character followed by a clean, oily bitterness and real live hop flavor. We recommend that you drink this beer as fresh as possible, so swing by the tasting room to feel this once-a-year experience OR check out those bars and taprooms where you normally see our beer to get a taste of it, you don’t want to miss out on this year’s (our first ever) Wet Hopped beer!
