West coast fresh coast goodness in a glass. From the source. Looks like a good day, in liquid form. Citra and simcoe play together on the nose, with a hop forward, slightly resiny finish.

Thanks, Cassidy and Chris!
A clear orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose has a really richly layered dry hop character, first with a slightly more aggressive, resiny flame-out like pine and then with a more traditional DH note with fruity melon, grape and citrus. This is only the second Wondrous hoppy beer I've had, but the malt profile is unique, with a blend of soft, doughy, biscuit like malt character to go with a light, snappy base. The palate opens clean, bitter and snappy, with a moderately bitter citrus forward blend of mandarin and clementine to go with the lightly sweet honey and dough notes. Really lovely hop profile with crisp, clean blend of citrus, green grape and melon. Light in body, drying, snappy on the finish. Minimal hop resins linger, and the bitterness is tempered by the fruit. Excellent.
