All Mosaic west coast ipa. Pours as it should, clear and sharp. Light aroma. Much more hop presence on the sip, with a surprisingly pronounced dry, bitter finish. Another winner from Wondrous.

Medium gold in appearance. A slight tinge of haze capped by a dissipating head of creamy, white froth. Nose gives hints of lime zest, blueberry, and residual hop oil. Additional hints of blackcurrant & pear. Taste opens up to notes of freshly harvested berries, licorice, mandarin, and rose petals. The feel is prickly, mouthcoating, and somewhat drying on the back end. Like Janet Jackson at a Super Bowl halftime show, this beer is an eye-opener. Cheers!
