Hopped w/ Nelson & Wakatu, brewed w/ a touch of Rye malt and left unfiltered/unfined for maximum Keller performance. We present to you the first batch of Double Dry Hopped Sleeps. Doubling the dry hop quantity at two separate dosing times! This beer is and always will be homage to one of the OG West Coast hoppy beers from the San Diego area. Despite its looks, it is a full on West Coast hammer of a beer. We love that WC hop bitterness and flavor while maintaining a soft and fluffy mouthfeel. Fermenting this beer w/ 001 leaves a clean slate for epic tropical fruit forward and dank-y diesel aromatics while staying dry, crisp, and hop resin-y.
