West Coast Style IPA

The whole idea about this beer is creating the most ideal West Coast IPA we can. Really finessing the hop additions, utilizing new school hopping techniques and just dialing things in to have a beer that to us, defines the WC IPA Style. Pale, bright, a full yet drinkable bitterness and a balanced oily hop character with aromas that range from mega tropical fruit, to pine and citrus dankness. This beer will be a constant work in progress, tweaking the recipe with every brew, using modern hop products and technology to hone in on this beer style that is so fun to brew and drink!

This beer has been on UnT for two years but I'm just adding it to BA? Damn people, get cracking.
The 1/2bbl keg we got is made with Mosaic and NZ Cascade, "for a sticky dank experience."
