Uva Da Vino- Oak Aged Italian Grape Ale aged on Malbec Grapes
Wine has been a tradition in my family. Being half italian wine was served with every meal. Depending on the meal my grandparents would always serve either a white wine or a beautiful red wine. The wine was as important as the meal. It tied the family together as we sat and enjoyed each others company. This is our oud to my Italian heritage. We took our farmhouse base and blended it with a beautiful wine we made from Malbec Grapes and aged it in oak. This beer pours a beautiful burgundy red with hints of pepper, berries and spice and comes in at a hefty 8.5% ABV. Saluti!!!
