A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving some patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of honey and wheat are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of orange peel along with notes of honey and hints of wheat.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This witbier is easy to drink. I liked how the honey flavors weren't overly strong.

Poured into a mug, the appearance was a semi-cloudy golden to yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a decent pace. Stringy lace. The aroma had some sweet wheaty malt. Some apricots and then some citrus pulp. Light tickle of zest. The flavor takes the previously mentioned aromas to boot and clean up to a sweet and zesty sort of aftertaste flowing nicely into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt appropriate and the spice doesn’t distract from it’s ability to want to pound this. Overall, good Americanized witbier worthy of slamming in the Summers.
