A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a just a thin layer of white bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of white wine barrels are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is mostly dominated by flavors of white wine. There are also some hints of figs.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and rather dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the taste of this saison to be quite interesting as you actually get some figs in the taste, which lend complexity among the white wine flavors.
