Decanted from a 12.6 oz (375 ml) wax sealed bottle into a Sam Adams Perfect Pint; 2019 release.
A: Pours a slightly hazy, golden to amber color with a very brief-lived, white head. Low head retention and essential no Belgian lacing. Very active effervescence initially.
S: Tart side of tangy nose with peaches, citrus (pink grapefruit and navel orange), and lactate. Very inviting.
T: Tart and semisweet. Peaches, pink grapefruit, lime, maybe some caramel, but definitely lactic acid all very much in evidence. Reminiscent of Sorachi Ace. Not much bitterness, maybe a touch at the end.
M: Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation overall.
O: Complex, subtle, and very balanced. Very easy drinking and nice execution. Actually, would find it hard to classify given elements of AWA, saison, and the barrel aging, with the lattermost was the hardest to appreciate.

A: The beer is hazy dark golden yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass and a thin film of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of oaky vanilla.
T: The taste follows the smell and is very so with some slight hints of peaches in the flavors.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the sourness in this beer but it was so sour that you couldn't really pick up any of the peaches.
