16oz can served in a stemless rastal. Can is dated 02/05/2026. Not 100% sure, but I think I bought it at Glendale Tap last weekend.
Pours clear orange-golden with a medium sized head and moderate carbonation. Smell is pine resin and honeysuckle, grapefruit rind.
Taste is solid WC IPA bitterness. Pine and grapefruit rind, bitter greens. Hint of honey in the malt, but overridden completely by the bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, maybe a bit on the lighter side. Overall, solid WC IPA, no regrets.

Handsome clear amber brew with fluffy foam in the GameCraft Pilsner. Aromatic with mango, grapefruit peel, and a whiff of pine. Rather sweet, but tastes good with all the fruit. Flavors of lime, mango, and tangerine peel. Tangy, spritzy, even on the acidic side, with citrus taking over the aftertaste. This is really quite good, overall, even if the bitterness gets to be a little too bold. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.

Pint pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a nonic glass. It pours a slightly hazy, pretty honey-amber color with a half finger of modest, ecru-colored foam. On the nose there is sweet malt, pine needles, lemon, and grapefruit. But as it warms the red berry emerges. The taste opens classic West Coast with piny bitterness competing against the strong malt base. But the Mosaic and Talus hops add red berry and tangerine which set it apart from the typical WCIPA. But it reverts to form with a nice dose of bitterness at the finish. This ale is lite and refreshing with fairly lively carbonation, and the 7.1% ABV gives it good substance but also allows for easy drinking. Overall, the use of Mosaic and Talus hops give Bullit welcome balancing fruitiness and make it memorable.

Pours golden clear with slight white foamy head in pint on draft. Notes of clean west coast style perfect hops. Really nice classic WIPA without the added flavorings. Pops a hoppy bite at 7.1% ABV.

Sweet citrus with pine and spice. Like spiced citrus juice? 12oz can poured into a Stella goblet.
Feels: smooth. Not effervescent really, but not flat. It isn't tingly, but it is smooth and has a nice white head. This foam fills the mouth and coats it in a pleasant mouthfeel.
Tastes: like a strong bittersweet pine tea. The aftertaste brings a standard dank IPA. Other notes are sweet citrus and candied orange peels and kumquat. Middle and finish have a floral note. Like Rosehips, rose water, and chamomile? It's ok, enjoyable enough. Floral notes get to be overbearing after a while though. Overall finishes dry.
Feels: Pretty smooth. You get a cushion of bubbles in your mouth after drinking which is nice.
It's pretty good. A little too much going on to have it be a knock-back sort of beer. But, it would be good to have with dinner.
