In collaboration with Levi Funk of Untitled Art, we brewed a non-traditional barleywine with a touch of chocolate malt for color and a Scottish ale yeast for added esters of flavor. After resting in a bourbon barrel for 21 months, the time was right to release The Last Wolf into the wild.
