Drank at CoolaBoola. Poured into a Praxis stemmed glass.
Expectations were for a regular saison type of beer more like a mild and softer approach to brewing but once the can was opened, I notice a delicious lactic acid tone in the nose that was more than welcome. The lightest tropical and citric tones with really soft tones of pineapple and orange peel. But the main thing here is a tone of coriander reminding a very refreshing wit beer. Quite a brew from Ophiussa.
