Very good sipper, draft at the source. Strong bitterness but great hop charge worth it. Fuller mouthfeel, a little palate fatigue from all the hops, break wit non beer.

Fresh can! Stamped "1/27/25 PARADISE"
Golden hue, luminescent with a proud, firm white head. Solid retention! Clumpy lacing.
Nose abounds with green, grassy & citrus notes, hints of onion, pine, and mild berry and bread grain.
Flavor starts again very green. Very fresh. Pine and citrus zest: grapefruit and lemon. Some smooth berry and spicy herb.
Mouthfeel is active, medium weight, and crisp. Bittering finish is a bit dry but still refreshing.

Sweet and piney tropical hoppy, a hint of Simcoe hoppy, a hint of blueberry, orange citrus, and a Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean and crisp, piney-hoppy and sweet orange citrus bitter finish. Yum! This is well-done!
