Our German-style Festbier lager is brewed with a blend of Pilsner malt for a clean, crisp backbone and Munich malt for a warm, bready sweetness with a subtle toasty edge.
We then hopped it with Ariana hops, bringing gentle notes of blackcurrant, citrus, and a hint of floral spice that perfectly complement the malt character.
Smooth, balanced, and endlessly drinkable. The perfect beer to raise a stein to.

Only my second from Moderne Dune in three years. Glad to see they are still pursuing their mostly lager strategy. And for that, I give them pretty good Overall Hugs. I like it when micros specialize.
Fezzbier is a decent representative of this newer O-fest style; sharing color, typical foam and soft mouth. However its Taste is less distinct than the better Festbiers; I'd like to have a more of a drying sensation from the hops at the finish.
I bought this Fezzbier from the Beer Temple and could have again in two years to see how it has improved.

Draft at the brewery, much better. Something was off with the cans last year.
2022:
Bright orange, saturated color with visible carb trails and a finger of foam that rapidly fades.
Smells mostly like yeast, vague apple ester, a little green and unfinished.
Fruity Ariana hops, bland graininess, feels a little tart and astringent. Medium bodied and fizzy, the astringency is a little off. Overall this needs some fine tuning, it isn’t very drinkable.
