After the passing of Ant'ny Wardle, Sherman Street created a beer in his honor, with the help of his closest brewing industry friends. We combined his love of food, gin and beer to create "The Rev," a Saison brewed with green tea, juniper berries, lemon peel, ginger and agave. We know Ant would have loved it.
Proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated in Ant’s name to the Michael James Jackson Foundation for brewing and distilling, which funds scholarships to People of Color, Black, and Indigenous people entering and within the brewing industry, (www.themjf.org), as well as the local youth soccer league that is part of our brewery neighborhood (www.midwaymanoryouthsports.com).

On tap at the source.
A - Pours a nice light medium golden yellow color with a slight bit of haze and a dense sticky, bright white lacing ring, carbonation is very slight.
S - Light yeasty aroma that's a little doughy, a little shot of crushed grapes, and a little bit of citrus.
T - White grape skin, citrus, tea, lemon/lemon peel, all with a light yeasty presence and some moderate bitterness.
M - Medium body with sprightly, prickly carbonation and a semi-dry finish.
O - A nice brew with some tea presence. Anthony, R.I.P. my friend, this is one you would have enjoyed.
