On tap the the Little River Inn, poured into a large globe glass, co-branded with Anderson Valley Brewing and Saison 75 (brewed for the Inn’s 75th anniversary). Nearly clear, bright golden yellow, with a lush cap of white foam. Aromas of wheat malt, spicy yeast and citrus. Flavor follows with a slightly sweet malty body, crisp citrus zest and hop kick, and just enough spice blend to remind of a gin-based French 75 (maybe some juniper?). Light to medium body with lively carbonation. A flavorful saison that works well as an aperitif.
