Bright golden orange, sharp clarity, spotty lace and a wispy surface skim. Aroma is mild, light oak and apple, light citrus acidity. Mildly tart with light residual sweetness, malic acid, apple and lemon notes, soft feel and wisps of dry oak in the finish. Carb is light. Seems young at this point, will revisit in a year’s time.
