A - had this on tap at the station. Served in a snifter. body was a slightly transparent raspberry red color with little to no head or lacing.
N - this was my first sour! I loved the aroma on this one and I hope this is a good sign for my future encounters with this style. I immediately picked up the tart tones when taking in the smell, followed by some sweet hops. Made me think of sweet tarts hard candy.
M - smooth & light
T - just like the nose. Very tart, sweet, and some semblance or hops. this brew was delicious. I would have bought a couple bottles if they had any but no such luck.
O - great experience for my first sour. Would reccommend. Eager to try more.
