Had on tap at the brewery in August 2009. The beer poured a hazy tangerine color with a slight white head. The smell featured quite a bit of apricot sweetness, but it didn't feel entirely natural. The taste was quite similar, with some sweetness and a little bit of tartness from the apricot, but it felt too much like an artificial fruity character as opposed to a subtle fruit presence. The body was light and it was fairly drinkable, but not Flossmoor's best offering.
