Pilsner malt and wheat in several forms, fermented with a modified Chico yeast that produces lactic acid. A moderate but clean acidity makes the backbone for a heavy dose of tropical pink guava fruit. A series utilizing exotic fruits typically not employed in our oak aged wild beers.
