Get ready for some tropical teleportation because this edition of Merlin will have you feeling the sand in between your toes! We started with our clean and tart Berliner style base and added hundreds of pounds of passionfruit and pineapple towards the end of fermentation. We then conditioned the finished bier on a boatload of raw and toasted coconut. This combo vibrantly delivers the character of all three adjuncts along side a bright and balanced acidity.

A: The beer is a little hazy light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pineapple and coconut are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has stronger flavors of coconut that particularly linger into the finish.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink. I particularly enjoyed the aromas and flavors of coconut.
