Pours a clear, light yellow, light gold in the glass; fair carbonation with a one-finger thick white head, small patches of foam stick to the inside of the glass. Fantastic cracker-like element to the smell. Taste presents light, cracker-like flavor; excellent hop bitterness. Medium mouthfeel; crisp yet slick on the palate; light dryness.
This leichtbier beer is truly fabulous. It smells and tastes wonderful and the body feels richer, fuller than one would expect. This is a great light-duty helles.
