Ny first beer from this brewery. (My beer store - The Casual Pint in Virginia Beach- always manages to find interesting breweries for my monthly beer buying forays). A good Witbier, true to style. Poured from a 16 oz can into a Stone RIS tulip glass, this beer features a somewhat hazy dull, gold color and a small, bubbly white head that fades to a covering of the glass. There is minimal lacing. Aroma and taste are quite good and in keeping with the Belgian style. Bready malt, strong wheat presence (including some wheat bitterness), lots of Belgian yeast, some cardamom and a touch of orange peel. This is a very tasty beer. Mouthfeel is light, with just the right amount of carbonation and bitterness. Very refreshing. Wlll done!!!
