Pours a medium cherry red with a thin pinkish white head. Smell is a mix of pale pilsner malt and blackberry. Taste is similar, really clean and lightly sweet blackberry flavor over a background pilsner malt. Feel is soft with a llight seltzer. There is a bit of smooth vanilla feel (not flavor).
This is different than the clear selzers out there, be aware. But this is just a fantastic drink on all levels. The softness and light flavor are.great and the malt is way in the background in terms of experience
