Classic Munich style Dunkel. In house applewood smoked melanoidin malt. Subtle hint of light smoked malt on the finish.

L: Pours a dark amber red with a small white head and some fingers of lacing.
S: Smoked malt, a touch of bacon followed by a bit of sweet malt and toasted bread. Nice but feels like it's missing something.
T: Smoked malt and a touch of bacon, the rest of the beer is a little watery and doesn't have a ton of flavor.
F: Lighter but feels a little watery.
O: Really liked the idea of a Smoked Dunkel but this misses some of the mark.
