We used just over 25lbs of freshly picked wet Cascade hops, from our friends at Sand Willow farms in Elizabeth. We also had 3 lbs of beautiful wet Centennial hops from our friend Dan. Seven pounds per barrel of hops went into this awesome beer! So good, we named it after everyone's favorite service dog, Barley Girl!
