The story as I understand it is that this beer uses maple sap instead of water making this a quite unique brew. It pours a dark clear colour with a nice loose head the smell has faint notes of maple, and the taste isn’t overly maple either, but it’s very obvious that maple sap is used. The dry mouthfeel of the sap comes through in a delicious combo.
