Tasted on tap at the brewery restaurant in January 2022. This imperial stout was aged with cold-steeped coffee and cacao nibs, according to the brewery. The aromas were terrific, and confirmed those ingredients. The flavor was only average, though, and didn’t live up to the delicious nose. Overall, a good Imperial Stout, but not a great one.
