Welcome to chapter 14 of our "Slow Down, Easy" series of New England IPAs. We took a different direction with this version by using a special hop blend in the whirlpool called Trident to produce a nice fruity, citrus, tropical, & passion fruit aroma & flavor. This beer was double dry hopped with a blend of Trident, Sultana, & Eureka to add extra fruitiness. Our sensory testing picked up a bouquet of fruit notes from apricot, mango, peach & orange to hints of white grape.
