Served at the brewery in a plastic cup.
Appearance: Honey brown, cloudy, very slight off-white head, adequate lacing.
Nose: Sweet fruit
Mouthfeel: Light, adequate carbonation.
Attack: Banana, some dark malt.
Finish: A little off-taste bitter aftertaste.
Overall: It was O.K., not sure I’d order it again. I’m afraid I’ve been spoiled by Weihenstephaner’s Hefeweissbier Dunkel.
