draft pour at the brewery. beautiful hazy golden yellow with a finger of fluffy white head. wheat, cloves and a touch of banana on the nose. taste follows with a bit of lemon flavor adding to the wheat and clove. it has dry wheat finish. this is really refreshing. it has a little thinner mouthfeel than your classic German hefeweizens. doesn’t have that wheat roundedness or fullness. still, it’s quite refreshing and highly enjoyable.
