16 ounce can, canned on 10/4/2024, thanks to Brutaltruth for picking this up at a recent trip to the brewery! Served in a Teku glass, the beer pours a mostly clear reddish/amber color with not quite an inch off-white/pinkish head that stayed around for a little while. There's also a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like blueberries, bready malt, coriander and some earthiness. Taste is similar to the aroma, I think the blueberry flavor stands out here but without overpowering everything else, although the earthiness is pretty noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was pretty good, would like to try this one again sometime!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter via the brewery. This excellent little saison pours a
lightly pale cranberry juice red with a nice head of lightly pink foam that subsides to
a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose of light blueberry,
cracker, lemon zest, and subtle yeast bread notes. Flavors exceed the nose with blueberry,
cracker, light yeasty bread notes, light yeasty funk, light acidic notes, and subtle honey sweet
malts. Mouth feel is medium light, smooth, light carbonation, and a dry finish.
Overall, another stunner from a fantastic brewery and the nicest brewer you could hope to
ever meet.
Cheers

Chill hazed pale gold with a thick white head that recedes to a thin but fluffy blanket, retaining well and leaving tall curtains on the glass.
This has a surprising level of barnyard funk leading the charge before a touch of blueberry tartness and tannin cuts through. Overall semi-bitter, it's a surprisingly complex experience, and thankfully not acidic at all, as many blueberry saisons, wild ales and lambics lamentably become. The blueberry is just a mild accent to this commendably funky farmhouse ale.
The medium body contains a lightly airy carbonation and finishes semi-dry.
