We aged our gold medal winning abbey-style triple for just a few short months in a pair of freshly emptied barrels from River Roots Barrel Company to find that delicate balance of boozy bourbon aroma and hints of oak while keeping the triple’s more delicate notes of floral honey, candied orange peel and clove like spices.

Faintly foggy clear burnt gold with a thick white head settling to a persistent blanket leaving sheets of lacing over a thick ring.
Toasty clove and butterscotch meets pear and a Belgian yeast heat.
The medium-light body has an airy and crackly carbonation that lightly fluffs up before finishing just barely dry, exhaling banana zucchini bread and bubblegum.
