Canned on 2/9/23; consumed on 4/13/23
Pours a lightly foggy straw-gold body topped with around a finger of fluffy, off-white foam; mediocre head retention leaves a near-blank cap with middling effervescence, a paper-thin collar, and minimal-no webs of lacing clinging to the walls of the glass.
Aromas of minerality pair with hints of sweet corn upfront, evolving to notes of hay and white toast while a distant tinge of honey lingers far in the backdrop.
Taste opens to a clean minerality with hints of dough peaking at crusty white bread, leaving subtle undertones of lemon peel and white pepper lingering over the profile.
Mouthfeel offers a light body and carbonation on the lower end of moderate, easing a semi-flaky texturing to a tight crispness over the mid-palate, drying to a taut finish.
Basic and clean, with a semi-sweetness carrying the profile against mild florality to balance; steady and simply refreshing.
