Aromas of minerality pair with hints of sweet corn upfront, evolving to notes of hay and white toast while a distant tinge of honey lingers far in the backdrop.
Taste opens to a clean minerality with hints of dough peaking at crusty white bread, leaving subtle undertones of lemon peel and white pepper lingering over the profile.
Mouthfeel offers a light body and carbonation on the lower end of moderate, easing a semi-flaky texturing to a tight crispness over the mid-palate, drying to a taut finish.
