This New England-style IPA contains Motueka, Amarillo and Strata hops. Brewery notes: “Full flavored and pillowy, soft-bodied and relatively strong, this hazy has intense tropical flavors of pineapple, guava, and over-ripe peach.”

12oz can picked up at the source in Hillsboro, OR
Poured into an Oddpitch rastal craft master glass

P moderately hazy deep gold/orange; just about 1f of white head; a good amount of active carb; heavy lace near top
N med to med-bold nose; inviting New Zealand hop-like character; peach/apricot, white grape, and earthiness
T stone fruit, melon, and white grape over crackery malt, with a tangy fin; citrusy aftertaste; decent
Mf light-med to med bodied; med to med-high carb
O not too shabby; [nose aside] not super memorable, but decent

On tap at the original Broadway location.
Apricot colored, fairly hazy, bountiful white fluffy head. Decent retention with scattered curtains of lacing.
No starts up with a genetically tropical melange. Then I pick up a little bit of apricot and I swear I get some coconut. But there’s no Sabro hops listed.
Flavor follows the nose pretty faithfully. But again, I’m getting a coconut note as well.
Mouth feel has decent carbonation, medium body, in a mildly tropical finish that’s not quite bitter.

This is a really good NEIPA. It has a nice hop flavor without being overly bitter. Tropical aroma and taste mix with the malt to make a very satisficing beer. Rated 9-11-2021 Had again yesterday 4-9-2025
