neat beer, again impressive from these guys, curious to see both american and bohemian in the name, as those things tend to not be the same when it comes to pale lagers, but after drinking it i get it, it makes sense, and this is light and crushable while also being relatively distinctive, nice personality and polished yet unpretentious, an elevated everyday type lager, a nice place to be with the style. blonde and popping in the glass, frothy white head on a shiny gold body with immaculate clarity and a lot of bubbles. it smells and tastes about the same, softly sweet at first, almost yellow corny, floral honey, and then clean minerality and some back end bitterness that seems like it could be noble and citra together or something, light lemon but also grassy and tea-like notes, decent hit of bitter, then gone entirely. i like the freshness of the grain, there is a breadiness to it, good mineral complexion here too, tidy water, off dry until the end, familiar and timeless lager yeast to me, and its cool because i can taste all the elements together the whole drink, but also its not stagnant, and i taste a little more each drag i take. majorly drinkable but also of interest, some lightly oily character to the hops but it stays light, snappy and buzzing on the palate, a nice morning beer, good with exceedingly spicy stuff, and something i could drink all day long. cant wait to check this place out next time through portland! exciting contemporary lager here!

6 pack of cans purchased from the American Market on State Street, Salem OR
$11.99
I was rather intrigued by the name. So here goes,
Pours a lovely slightly hazed gold body. Very nice large thick and frothy off white head.
Aroma of lemon zest, water melon and light maltiness.
Taste getting bright lemon, slight herbal aspect, a tiny bit of floral hops. Very well done and well balanced.
Mouth feel is excellent. Balanced, not sticky but not over carbonated.
Overall i like this beer, but there is nothing Bohemian to it. It is a well made American Lager.
