12oz can. No dating information found.
Mostly cloudy, medium amber colored body. Three fingers of off white head with the pour but this disappears within a minute, leaving surface storm islands and a very thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma is raspberry and adjunct smells of millet. rice, buckwheat, and quinoa.
Taste is clear and fresh with raspberry tartness. The adjunct malts of millet, rice, buckwheat, and quinoa do not intrude nor interfere but provide a base for the lactose and fruit to stand upon. Raspberry and seldom encountered adjuncts are balanced in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Drying finish. Adjunct malts have a less clean finish than barley malts would, but not in a fashion that is too negative. Good carbonation.
This gluten free beer has good raspberry flavor and employs its non-barley malt adjuncts well to achieve a fruit kettle sour taste that is tasty and close to style.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, reddish color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left little to no lacing on the glass. It smelled of tart raspberry and lemon with some notes of caramel and bread. Great raspberry taste with some tart and sweetness. Nice caramel malt backbone.
