16oz can served in a big snifter. Can is dated 9/16/22.
Pours a completely murky pale yellow-orange with a big fluffy head that settles into a coarse, clumpy coating along the sides and across the surface. Smell is pine and tropical juice.
Taste is also pine and tropical juice. Moderate resin bitter finish. "Soft" is a good descriptor for the way the flavor hits the palate.
Mouthfeel is somewhere in between creamy and fluffy with a bit of resin grittiness. Overall, this is a really nice beer.
