16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Dated 06/10/22. Got it from a local CSA.
Pours a clear deep yellow with about an inch and a half of fairly coarse head that collapses to a thin, rocky, coarse ring. Smell is honeysuckle and grass.
Taste is a counterpoint of grain tea and piney bitterness with just a little bit of a yeasty funk. Bitterness builds and deepens substantially as I sip it.
Mouthfeel is light with a hint of sticky resin. Overall, very nice.
