Lovely tall, fine white head. Apple blossom on the nose. Light biscuit and apple on the tongue. Another nice brew from K&D.

Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Kasteel chalice. Aroma of green hay and flowery hops. Light mouthfeel, not overly carbonated but adequately prickly on the tongue. Warm and pleasantly malty but also crisp. This is pretty much the ideal light beer, if you like the maltier flavor. Nicely kissed by the Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops with a resiny finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at The Garden Path in Washington. Dated 03/02/23.
