Collaboration beer with Spokane's Humble Abode Brewing. This was "brewed with a blend of Southern Hemisphere hops (Galaxy, Motueka, Vic Secret and Wai-iti)..."
Opaque, pale yellow, with a decent sized off-white head.
Juicy, fruity aroma. A little bit of malty sweetness as well, but the juicy hops dominate.
Juicy and fruity up front. Citrus fruit, pineapple, stonefruit are all here. Sweeter fruitiness up front, with a dry, tart, pithy turn towards the swallow.
Creamy, soft body to this.
Very well balanced, juicy hazy. I've had a lot of beers similar, where a tart, citric acidity completely takes over at the finish. This one tends in that direction towards the finish, but has a knife edge of balance that keeps that aspect in tune with what came before. I dig it.
