For this crisp light lager we collaborated with one of our favorite regular musicians, Sophia Johnson. Brewed with pilsner malt and noble German hops, expect a crisp, clean and very refreshing lager.

Another beer from the trip to Texas and beyond from 6 months ago. I just added this beer to this Next Glass database and will review it, the hero that this Next Glass subsidiary needs.
Pours a cloudy golden color with 1/3" white head that quickly dissipates. The aroma lacks a punchy lager yeast. Some lemon like noble hop aspect to it.
Taste is standard expectations. Lightly hopped, light hand with the pilsner malt. Its easy going enough, not quite the crisp aspect, but I could see how this could be refreshing in the Texas heat. It doesn't do anything wrong. Its musician inspired so it makes sense it might be looking for a wider audience than it would if it was a mega hopped mega sulphur yeast skunkiness like I tend to prefer. Its pretty comparable to Coors but like, as if it was Sorachi Ace hopped with all that lemon feel going on.
Its a beer, it will do in a pinch or if you're not being a nerd about beer.
