Fresh hop Cold IPA with Crystal and Cascades. Clear darker amber with adequate foam in the Zundert chalice. Aromatic with dark citrus and resins. Thick and malty mouthfeel prickly carbonation. Warm with roasted grain and then bitterness in the finish. Distinct resiny fresh hop taste with apricot and lime peel. Quite hoppy but not overly bitter. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Dated 9/20/24.
