Mexican-style lager with select 2 row barely, Vienna malt, flaked barley and flaked corn. We add a controlled handful of Motueka hops to lend notes of lime, lemon rind and crushed citrus, without driving bitterness.

draft pour into proper willi becher (like, on steroids proper). clear straw gold with almost two fingers of white foam. clean
lager yeast with white bread and cracker / biscuit notes on the nose. taste follows with some light, earthy hops and really well integrated malt sweetness. maybe it’s just being thirsty and hot after a round of disc golf but this is as satisfying as it is refreshing. thick, full mouthfeel with a moderate carbonation level. really good.
