L: Ruby red opaque coloring. Average head. Fizzles away without lacing. Despite “Santé swirl” 2nd pour is much more cloudy.
S: Brett, grape, earthy, citrus.
T: fairly tart, white wine, grapes, pear. A wee bit of funk. As expected, more flavors keep showing up as it warms.
F: medium-thin bodied, spritzy, dry finish.

Clear straw yellow. Nosebis a blend of floral and fragrant grape, fruity, earthy, straw, dry, nice Brett. The palate opens with a blend of straw and grape and funk. Very dry and mildly mineraly, complementing the grape fruity notes and pear and dried pineapple like sweetness. Drying, crisp, clean, excellent. A hair better than the engelman spruce.
