Wow. So delicate, so refined. A saison base that's noticeable, pushing away from the bone dry milieu with a little heft and sweetness that's deliberate, pairing well with the gin and oak as well as really lovely spruce integration. Soft, minty, resiny, oily but gorgeously integrated. A sweetness on the palate that's complemented well by the gin and spruce. Gorgeous conditioning. Mildly minty, drying finish. Quite excellent.
