Batch 2

A hazy light orange with a dense off-white head with good retention and little lacing. The nose is just a stunning expression of stone fruit. Soft, delicate, vibrant, juicy, clean with minimal pit and just a rich, deep, juicy peach character. Mild vanilla. Peach pie. Soft grain and a touch of warm fermentation. The palate opens tart and bright with ripe peach juice, stone fruit acidity, melon, a little floral honey. The base beer itself isn't particularly acidic, there isn't much lactic or citric acid here. Tart, drying with a touch of semi-ripe peach acidity. Soft, creamy carbonation with some warming spices from the fermentation. Lovely.
