Thank you, Chris.
The nose is crazy yet refined, with the dry hop character, dank and a touch green, pairing and contrasting beautifully with the guava, fresh, fragrant and a little seedy. The base saison is light, fruity, estery, with a touch of spice. The palate opens bright with a truly inspired blend of lemon and guava, a combination that shouldn't work but does. Bright, delicately spicy, lightly melony. Drying, clean finish with lingering fruit. Very good.
